While standing, lift both heels so you’re standing on the balls of your feet (not on your toes). Hold for ten seconds before slowly bringing your heels back to the floor; repeat 10 times.
  • Stretch Backs: Sit on the floor, barefoot. Cross your left leg over so your left ankle rests on your right thigh. Gently pull your toes back towards your shin. This stretches the tissue that connects the heel to the ball of the foot, radically reducing pain caused by plantar fasciitis
